If you're unsure which service to choose, I recommend starting with a New Client Consultation. Every new guest will be required to fill out the "new client information" form & sign the policies & other forms related to your service in order to book your appointment.

​If I think it is needed, I will reach out to book an in-person consultation. This meeting may be necessary before your first chemical service appointment, as it allows us to meet and gives me insight into your hair needs by seeing it in various lighting and angles.​

What to Expect?
​ If you've booked a new client consultation, I'll ask about your hair desires and goals. We'll talk about all of the risk factors that may be of concern for you & your hair. I'll suggest additional services I feel you may find beneficial, and I'll provide an estimated cost. Together, we'll create a plan outlining both immediate and long-term goals for your hair.

All New Guest Haircuts will receive a consultation at the beginning of the appointment to go over all concerns, likes. dislikes, & expectations before getting started.
On the Day of your Appointment
On the day of your in-salon appointment, I'll welcome you and escort you to my station. Once you're seated, if we had a previous new client consultation appointment, we'll review the previous discussions before beginning the session.

Every appointment includes a basic consultation prior to beginning your service to go over any questions or changes in your desired hair goals.
Test Strand Infomation & Why
Some color or blonding services may require a test strand beforehand. This will help me determine if your hair is able to withstand any further chemical services without further damage. This is included in your new client consultation.

All chemical service formulas will be kept in my database so we can see where we have been and where we are headed. I will keep notes on what worked, & what needs to be adjusted for the future.
A Different Kind of Haircutting
I use the Head Shape Matters cutting technique on all haircuts. I will cut your hair dry, then wash & style afterwards. Learn more here.

Every haircut includes a basic deep conditioning treatment with a relaxing scalp massage.
​
​You can upgrade your visit with a chilled collagen under-eye mask, a bond building treatment masque, and a longer, 5- minute scalp massage or any of my other add-on service upgrades.
